Business Operations Manager
Serie acts as the point of contact between the various departments within the company to coordinate and meet the end goal, direct the day-to-day management of the organization and oversees accounting. She works to improve products and services, implement new technologies to increase workplace productivity and analyze financial and sales reports. She provides business administrative duties to ensure office processes run smoothly and create company policies that help the staff operate efficiently
Ben is responsible for providing on site support in the running of CHSI’s event facility. He conducts room/premise inspections, provides room set up/dismantling support and audio-visual technical assistance and responds as the key client contact to service support requests. He is also responsible for carrying out emergency/fire evacuation procedures, ensuring all individuals leave the premises as necessary, that emergency protocols are followed and follow up reports are prepared and submitted.
Tenant Services & Facilities Manager
Jack is the Tenant Services & Facilities Manager at the Centre for Health & Safety Innovation. In his role, he is responsible for the day to day operations and maintenance of CHSI, along with supporting any client and tenant concerns with professionalism and poise. Jack brings over 10 years of hands-on experience in the real estate, hotel, office and residential facilities.

Anna brings to the team over 8 years of extensive expertise in corporate event planning & management, ensuring that our facility and services provide a seamless event experience and contribute to the success of a client’s business.Anna plays a critical role within the facility as the first point of contact for visitors and others looking for information about Corporate Event Centre, delivering the highest quality customer experience while building solid business relationships.Anna is also the facilities Health and Safety Representative so that every client, staff member and visitor can work in a clean safe and comfortable environment.
