Accounting & Office Coordinator
Serie is the Accounting and Office Coordinator. She acts as the point of contact between the different parts of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and external parties, such as vendors, clients, or lenders. She provides business administrative duties to ensure office processes run smoothly. Serie brings in 10 years of broad administrative background in various fields.
Client Services & Facility Manager
Jack is the Acting Client Services & Facility Manager at the Centre for Health & Safety Innovation. In his role, he is responsible for the day to day operations and maintenance of CHSI, along with supporting any client and tenant concerns with professionalism and poise. Jack brings over 10 years of hands on experience in the real estate, hotel, office and residential facilities.
Guest Services Manager
Murray oversees all guest services functions. He aims to focus on adding a personal touch to our clients’ experience, and to ensure our services contribute to their business success. For all matters regarding client services, contact Murray.
Jennifer coordinates all room reservations and works closely with clients to fulfill setup requirements. Her goals are to establish working relationships with clients and to ensure our facility and services contribute to a seamless event experience. Marketing & Community Events Coordinator (Acting)
Judy is our acting Marketing and Community Events Coordinator. Fuelled by her passion for understanding the nuances of cross-cultural traditional and digital marketing, she has worked on many collaborative campaigns for many heavy-hitting brands. Judy is responsible for all online and offline communications on behalf of the CEC, and hosting interactive health and community events throughout the year through CHSI. Anna brings experience in corporate event planning and management to the team, as the Guest Services Coordinator. Andrew Fernandes is the Facility Coordinator at the Centre for Health & Safety Innovation. He brings over five years of experience in the financial, office and residential facilities. In his role, Andrew is responsible for day-to-day operations and facilitating projects throughout the centre. Andrew is also here to support our clients and tenants with AV support.
